The hunting season will be specified in accordance with state and local laws and regulations. b. Hunting is not permitted on Sundays in the State of Massachusetts Owner grants permission to MV Hunt Club to hunt the following permitted game species: White-Tailed Deer Wild Turkey Cottontail rabbit Eastern Gray Squirrel Coyote 3. TERM AND TERMINATION: a. This Agreement shall commence upon electronic submission of this form and shall continue until December 31, 2023, unless terminated earlier by either party. b. Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice of seven days to the other party 4. RULES AND REGULATIONS: a. Hunting Laws: MV Hunt Club shall abide by all federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations pertaining to hunting, including obtaining all necessary licenses and permits. b. Safety: MV Hunt Club shall exercise the highest level of safety during all hunting activities and shall use proper hunting equipment and techniques. c. No Trespassing: MV Hunt Club shall not enter or hunt on any areas of the Property not specifically designated for hunting. d. Firearm Use: MV Hunt Club shall use archery equipment only and only discharge them in designated safe areas on the Property. e. Game Limits: MV Hunt Club shall adhere to bag limits and species-specific regulations as established by wildlife management authorities. f. Property Care: MV Hunt Club shall respect the Property by not damaging fences, structures, crops, or any other assets belonging to the Owner. g. Reporting: Upon request, MV Hunt Club shall provide the Owner with accurate reports of any game harvested and cooperate with any requests for data collection or surveys. 5. LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION: a. MV Hunt Club acknowledges and accepts all risks associated with hunting activities and agrees to hold the Owner harmless from any claims, damages, or injuries arising from the Hunter's participation in hunting on the Property. 6. CONFIDENTIALITY: The Hunter agrees to keep all sensitive information about the Property, including its location, boundaries, and any unique features, confidential and shall not disclose such information to any third parties without the Owner's written consent. 7. GOVERNING LAW: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
